Sannyasi Gyanmitra is from the tradition of the Saraswati order of Sannyasa. Trained at the Bihar School of Yoga, he is now teaching Satyananda Yoga. He is also an expert in conducting workshops and training sessions for working executives for stress management using techniques of Yoga. Based in new Delhi, he will be visiting the U.K. to conduct the weekend workshop. Assisting Gyanmitra in hostong the workshop will be Yoga Shiromani Mark Stevens. He is a Yoga Teacher trained at the Sivananda Ashram Kerala and Uttarkashi, India. He currently runs the Sivananda Yoga Studio, in the U.K.
