Art Critic Brian Sewell : Fakes & Forgeries - TICKETS AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR

Leading art critic Brian Sewell was educated at the independent Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School and the Courtauld Institute of Art, where he was tutored by Anthony Blunt who became his close friend. He worked at Christie's auction house, specialising in Old Master paintings and drawings. Becoming a household figure in the 1990s through television, and radio. he is well known for formal, old-fashioned diction and anti-populist sentiments. ADeC is thrilled to welcome him for a talk linked to our Fakes & Forgeries exhibition at the Babylon Gallery.

Taking place at the Hayward Theatre, King's School, Ely, there is free parking nearby in St. Mary's Street and Barton Road Car parks.  Doors open 2.30pm with the talk starting at 3pm. Refreshments available.
