The Beatles to the Beegees: iconic images from Bill Zygmant from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s

Artist Talk: Saturday 23 October 12.30pm. Free.

Capturing the essence of the 60s,70s and 80s some of the most iconic figures of the age have been photographed by former Fleet Street photographer Bill Zygmant who specialised in pop, TV and films. The exhibition includes the first pictures of John Lennon and Yoko Ono together in public, George Harrison, Jimi Hendrix, Bee Gees, and many more icons on stage, screen and TV.

His work has been shown in an exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery in London and he also has a banqueting suite named in his honour at the world famous Beatles Hotel - The Hard Days Night in Liverpool - called the Zygmant Suite.

We are delighted to be able to exhibit these raw and often unseen images that take you behind the public facade of these famous faces. All the prints will be for sale.
